2-year-old Accidentally Served Sangria at Olive Garden

Incident follows on the heels of a similar mix-up at an Applebee's restaurant

Child accidentally served sangria at Olive GardenLAKELAND, Fla. (KTLA) -- Just days after a Michigan Applebee's restaurant accidentally served a child alcohol, another similar incident has been reported in Florida.

The Van Heest family was having dinner at an Olive Garden restaurant on March 31st, when 2-year-old Nikolai began acting like he was drunk, his parents said.

The manager then came over to the table, and discovered the boy was served tropical sangria instead of orange juice.

The boy was taken to a hospital for treatment, and is okay.

The family has hired an attorney.
